A very strange rabies outbreak in Chelyabinsk, Russia has led to a 'State of Emergency' being declared due to the sudden widespread outbreak of rabies, this coming weeks after a meteor also struck the area. Strangely enough, rabies is now spreading across the world as shared further below in this story with credit to WoodyMcWood from GLP. Is this rabies outbreak due to the recent meteor? According to this story from the Journal of Cosmology, throughout history disease outbreaks of "near-culling" and "extinction-level" proportions have been brought upon the Earth by passing interplanetary fragments and comets, or 'vile stars'. The excellent historical BBC video "The Comet's Tale" below. "All ancient civilizations, without exception, have looked upon comets with a sense of trepidation and awe. Comets were considered to be harbingers of doom, disease, and death, infecting men with a blood lust to war, contaminating crops, and dispersing disease and plague (Hippocrates 1900; Olson and Pasachoff 1999)." For much of history comets have been associated with death and disease. There is increasing evidence that life on Earth originated in comets and other stellar debris. If passing comets have continued to deposit viruses and microorganisms on this planet, this may explain why ancient astronomers and civilizations attributed the periodic outbreak of plague to these stellar objects. Moreover, the subsequent evolution and extinction of life may have been directly impacted by the continued arrival of bacteria, archae, viruses, and their genes from space. On this picture the evolution of higher plants and animals, including humans, would be impacted by the insertion of genes from space, as well as recurrent episodes of pandemic disease. Near-culling pandemics and extinction episodes have in fact been preceded by or followed by inserts of viral genes into survivors who have transmitted these viral elements to their progeny, thereby impacting future evolution. Although ancient fears and reverence of comets may be coincidental with the outbreaks of pandemics, they may also have a factual basis. From Biblical times great plagues and epidemics of disease have punctuated the history of Europe and Asia (Karlen 1996; McNeill 1977). Although some of these events may have an explanation in terms of local causes and conditions, the more dramatic episodes on record invite more exotic explanations that may be linked to comets.

The great plague of Athens that broke out in the year 430BC (Karlen 1996) is a strong candidate for a cometary cause. The epidemic was localized geographically, and declined and disappeared as abruptly as it had started and no source could be discovered. The description of the epidemic and its symptoms described by the historian Thucydides (2004), has defied identification with any known infectious disease.

A state of emergency has been declared in the Chelyabinsk region due to an outbreak of rabies among animals, the regional administration said in a statement.
In a decree posted on the administration's website, Ivan Feklin, the deputy governor of the region and head of the emergency response team for coordinating preventative measures for rabies, is tasked with confirming a complex set of measures to stabilize the region's rabies outbreak for the duration of the emergency regime.
According to the regional administration of the Federal Veterinary and Phytosanitary Monitoring Service, the region has been hit by a complicated epizootic situation with rabies in animals, Interfax reported.

On the day after the Russian meteor took the internet and
the world by storm, a fireball was spotted lighting up the skies in San
Francisco, California as well. Whether or not the San Francisco fireball was
part of the meteor that struck the Ural's in Russia is not known at this time.

On a day that had a lot of people talking about meteorites
and asteroids, a fireball of some sort was seen streaking across the Bay Area
skies.
It was bluish in color and appeared to be heading straight
to the ground, according to one viewer in Santa Clara.
Meteors are pieces of rock and metal from space that fall to
Earth. They burn up as they go through our atmosphere. The burning is what
causes the bright flash of light.
Candice Guruwaiya told us on Facebook she saw it in San
Jose. "I was leaving Safeway on Branham and Snell when I saw it. It looked
like it was headed for the Capital Auto Mall area. It was a bright green when
it first appeared, then it went to a bright yellow. It was awesome!"
Guruwaiya posted.
The meteorite that fell on Cuba on Friday, the day after the
meteorite that crashed into the Urals in Russia, was bigger than our sun,
according to many witnesses.
Whether or not the meteor in Cuba was related to the meteorite that struck
Russia is unknown at this time.
An object fell from the sky over central Cuba on Thursday
night and turned into a fireball “bigger than the sun” before it exploded, a
Cuban TV channel reported Friday, citing eyewitnesses.
The object then turned into a fireball “bigger than the
sun,” said the witnesses, adding that several minutes later they heard a loud
explosion.
It remains unknown whether the reported phenomenon in Cuba
is related to Friday’s meteor strike in central Russia, which set off a
shockwave that shattered windows and left some 1,000 people injured.
Iranian scientists – with Russian help – have set up two sites to use laser technology to enrich uranium for the regime’s nuclear bomb program, according to a source in the Revolutionary Guards intelligence unit.
The Russians had argued that due to IAEA monitoring and Western countries’ lurking satellites, it would be wise to use lasers to enrich uranium as, the source added, it is 16 times more productive, requires less space and energy, and is much easier to hide.
In 2010, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad boasted that Iran possessed laser enrichment technology, but the regime refused to respond to demands by the International Atomic Energy Agency to explain its laser program.
The IAEA in a visit to a laboratory in Lashka Abad, Iran, in 2003 had noticed work on laser isotope separation but could not determine the full extent of Iran’s research and development with laser enrichment technology.
Hans Ruhle, the German nuclear weapons expert, in a commentary published in the daily Die Welt last May, argued that Iran can enrich uranium using laser technology, which would be more difficult to detect. He also stated that American spy agencies in 2000 discovered a pilot program for laser enrichment between Iran and the Russian D.V.-Efremov Institute in St. Petersburg.
The laser technology SILEX (separation of isotopes by laser excitation) is used to separate uranium isotopes and refine fuel-grade uranium to weapons grade in fewer steps and, since it produces no distinctive chemical or thermal emissions, make nuclear proliferation easier.
“Laser enrichment technology provides the Iranian nuclear weapons program with a highly efficient means of producing weapons grade uranium (WGU) using a process that is relatively easily concealed and yet potentially can deliver more WGU faster than the now-public gas centrifuge enrichment sites at Natanz and Fordow,” said Clare M. Lopez, a senior fellow at the Center for Security Policy in Washington, D.C.
“As the IAEA has been seeking verification about Iran’s laser enrichment program since 2003 while the Iranian regime consistently has obfuscated and stalled for time, the maturity and scope of its laser enrichment pathway to a nuclear bomb must remain a serious concern,” she said.
“The Iranian intelligence service learned well its denial and deceit tactics from the Russian KGB, whose response to discovery of the massive Biopreparat biological weapons program in the early 1990s, for instance, was to open wide certain installations to international view – while hiding away its real, continuing program at other secret sites. The same pattern of behavior is evident with the opening of the Natanz enrichment facility to IAEA inspections while other enrichment sites, including laser enrichment facilities, likely remain undetected and uninspected.”
According to the source, one of the two sites using laser technology for the nuclear bomb program is in the city of Bonab in Iran’s East Azarbaijan province.

The project at this site started two years ago under Dr. Ali Rad, but as of several months ago, Dr. Mohammad Ghanadi Maraghe, the current vice president of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran, manages the project.
Maraghe has a B.S. in Chemistry from Iran’s University of Tabriz, an M.S. in Nuclear Chemistry and a Ph.D. in Radiochemistry from Britain’s University of Salford and worked as a professor of Radioisotopes, Nuclear Fuel Cycle, at Tehran Polytechnic University.
He is joined by two Russian scientists and one North Korean scientist at the site, which is dubbed “Neynava.”
An elevator provides access to the underground facility, which is approximately 21 feet below the ground and where work is being done on uranium enrichment.

The source added that the Russians provided the plan for the site and that Russian scientist Dr. Vyacheslav Danilenko has been central to Iran’s nuclear bomb program.
Danilenkov, born in the Ukraine, worked on miniaturizing detonations at a nuclear installation in Chelyabinsk during the Soviet era and specializes in nano-diamonds.
Despite reports by the IAEA and others, he has denied involvement in Iran’s nuclear program.
The source said Danilenkov owned a house north of Tehran until three months ago when he sent his family back to Russia. He has been given a private driver and an intelligence agent as a bodyguard while in Iran.
Herman Nackaerts, the deputy head of the IAEA, along with his team, held two days of talks with their Iranian counterparts in Tehran last week but failed to get an agreement for further inspection and verification of the Islamic regime’s nuclear program.
Just two days after the recent talks with the IAEA officials, Ali Asghar Soltanieh, Iran’s delegate to the IAEA, stated publicly that Iran will not stop uranium enrichment even “for a moment.”
The 5+1 (the United States, Russia, China, Britain, France and Germany) hope to resume talks with Iran over its illicit nuclear program. The talks ended last year after regime officials refused to negotiate.
The regime is enriching uranium to the 20 percent level at two known sites – Natanz with over 10,000 centrifuges and Fordo with over 2,700. The 20 percent level can be further enriched to weaponization grade within weeks. The regime currently has enough enriched uranium for six nuclear bombs, if further enriched.
Just as mentioned before, when the world is affected by the
change of acoustic frequency, Freemasons can master the rhythm of the changes
