I love how this song’s lyrics continually repeat “How your love” and what it did for me. It shows just how great and awesome our Father’s affection is for us, and it truly brings to light his desire for us to love him and follow him in return. John 3:16 is the ultimate proof of how much God loved us. Jesus was sent down in the greatest form of love and died so that we could spend eternity with God in heaven.

To me, love is a still a very confusing and strange concept. Growing up, I am exposed to various forms of love, and often misinterpret them. Thus, I am still grasping the greatest love of all, and that is God’s love to all of humanity. I feel like this song really explains it the best, as the lyrics state “God’s love takes away our transgressions and sadness, and brings us joy and happiness”.
