Hard Economic Times Drive Up Suicide Rates

DepressionRecession-300x225
Suicide rates in the United States have risen sharply since the economic crisis took hold in 2007 and political leaders should do more to protect Americans’ mental health during tough times, researchers said. An analysis of data from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention showed that suicide rates rose slowly from 1999 to 2007, but grew more than four times faster - 1500 more people a year than expected – between 2008 and 2010. (Source)
Similar rises in suicide rates have also been found in Greece, Spain, Britain and other countries hit by economic recession and rising unemployment in recent years. An analysis found that between 2008 and 2010 there were 846 more suicides among men in England than would have been expected if previous trends continued, and 155 more among women. The countries worst hit by severe economic downturns, such as Greece and Ireland, saw the most dramatic increases in suicides.
The World Health Organization estimates that every year, almost a million people commit suicide – a rate of 16 per 100,000, or one every 40 seconds. It also estimates that for every suicide, there are up to 20 attempted ones. (Source)

END TIMES TRUTH

because he lives
Things have been tough for a lot of people…many are dealing with depression or under enormous emotional and mental pressure. It seems like there’s nothing anyone can say or do to give that glimmer of hope, so the temptation is to leave here through death. Unlike the generations before us, we are running the final mile – this is the generation that will not see death. Only Yahweh and Christ know our hearts so only they can judge a person, but in general, the act of taking your own life is viewed dimly by Father. To take the gift of life given you and willfully kill it makes you a murderer of your own self.

Because He Lives

Songwriters: Gaither, Bill / Gaither, Gloria / Damico, Alceu
God sent His son, they called Him, Jesus;
He came to love, heal and forgive;
He lived and died to buy my pardon,
An empty grave is there to prove my Savior lives!
Chorus
Because He lives, I can face tomorrow,
Because He lives, all fear is gone;
Because I know He holds the future,
And life is worth the living,
Just because He lives!
How sweet to hold a newborn baby,
And feel the pride and joy he gives;
But greater still the calm assurance:
This child can face uncertain days because He Lives!
Chorus
Because He lives, I can face tomorrow,
Because He lives, all fear is gone;
Because I know He holds the future,
And life is worth the living,
Just because He lives!
And then one day, I’ll cross the river,
I’ll fight life’s final war with pain;
And then, as death gives way to vict’ry,
I’ll see the lights of glory and I’ll know He lives!
Chorus
Because He lives, I can face tomorrow,
Because He lives, all fear is gone;
Because I know He holds the future,
And life is worth the living,
Just because He lives!
Jesus Christ paid the penalty for sin – he gave his life willingly so for the rest of us, it’s best to go in death at the appropriate time if that’s the way we reach the other side of the veil. Eventually we will all be reunited with loved ones – all good things await those who follow their paths on both sides of the veil.
rapture11
If there was no need for deliverance – Noah and his family would have just drowned with the others in the Great Flood; the holy angels would not have to lead Lot and his family to safety; the Exodus of ancient Israelites would not be necessary either. Do you know why it is not spelled out clearly in the Word about what happens after death? About how those who have passed over can serve Yahweh and Christ – how they can play active roles in this war on the other side of the veil? It would encourage suicides.
The mass depopulation agenda is in place because Satan knows that Father wants to preserve lives by extracting the remnant before the Wrath. The Pharaoh knew that Yahweh wanted the ancient Israelites to make it out of Egypt alive, that’s why he sent his best chariots to halt the Exodus. So you know what you can do for Father? Stay alive! When we talk about the Exodus, we give glory to Father for His Great Signs and Wonders. Are you ready for the Great Exodus? It is about Father Yahweh the Warrior leading the way in the deliverance of a group of people, who are ALIVE, out of this world that is destined for destruction.

The Call to Endurance
Therefore, since we also have such a large cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us lay aside every weight and the sin that so easily ensnares us. Let us run with endurance the race that lies before us, 2 keeping our eyes on Jesus, the source and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that lay before Him endured a cross and despised the shame and has sat down at the right hand of God’s throne.
